CLICK HERE to be taken to the page where you can add a new entry.  If you receive an error message, you probably do not have sufficient access rights.

When you open the search page you can enter information into 1 of the fields and it should bring the results.  If you choose to enter data into more than 1 field then both of those fields will be searched and the information must match the record exactly.

House number needs to be an exact match
Street name must be an exact match
Customer name can contain a portion of the name – exact match not required
Meter number must be an exact match

If you do not enter any information then all results will be displayed.
